Hyperice Warranty Policy
✔️ Official Manufacturer Warranty – All Hyperice products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
✔️ What’s Covered?
🔹 Device Malfunctions – If your Hypervolt, Normatec, or Venom stops functioning due to internal issues.
🔹 Manufacturing Defects – Any hardware-related issues that arise under normal use.
✔️ What’s NOT Covered?
🚫 Physical Damage – If the device is broken, cracked, or damaged due to misuse.
🚫 Water Damage – Hyperice products are not waterproof, and liquid exposure voids the warranty.
🚫 Normal Wear & Tear – Battery degradation over time, minor scratches, or cosmetic issues are not covered.

If within one year from the date you purchased one of our products, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Hyperice Inc. will repair or replace your product, or any necessary components, free of charge.
This warranty excludes
a. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
b. Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
c. Units not used in accordance with Hyperice care instructions;
d. Damage exceeding the cost of the product;
e. Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises, and
f. Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
